Brad Powers founded Active Response Group in 2004. His mission was to provide marketers, agencies, and brand managers a way to simultaneously increase revenues, decrease costs, and get closer to their consumers. Under his leadership, ARG quickly became one of the leaders in the online lead generation space.

Before starting ARG, Brad served as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing for eWOMP Technologies, a provider of customized email and viral marketing solutions. His clients included Microsoft, Town Sports International, Zone Perfect, Petersons, Thompson Learning, and Prometric.

Previously Brad was Chief Marketing Officer for Wanakee Design and Products, a direct marketer of high-end cosmetic products. Brad received an MBA and BA in Psychology from Clark University.

Florin C. Vicol joined Active Response Group in April 2008 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing to the organization a depth of experience in developing, coordinating, and evaluating the financial programs and supporting information systems of successful and fast-growing companies.

Prior to joining ARG, Florin C. Vicol was North American Controller for RogenSi, Inc., an international communication consulting company. Florin has over 25 years experience in accounting and finance and has held positions as Corporate Controller and/or CFO for a number of companies, the bulk of whom generated between $30 and $100 million in revenues. Previously, he held top finance positions at Davidsohn Group Inc., Paradigm Wireless, and SHL Systemhouse. At all of these firms, Florin was involved in merger & acquisition activities, S1 registrations, and subsequent IPOs.

Florin has a BBA and MBA from City University of New York. A native of Romania, he now lives in New Jersey, with his wife and daughter.

Brady Brown has been ARG's Chief Technology Officer since the company was launched in 2004.

Before that he was a co-founder and President of Auditions Interactive, one of the first websites for actors. Brady also served as Chief Technology Officer for MBC Direct Media, a pioneer in email marketing and co-registration.

From 1997-2000, he was a research scientist at Krispin Technologies, a cutting-edge applied research company whose clients include NASA, the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy and the National Science Foundation. Brady also founded Relief Interactive (REACT), the first web-based nonprofit portal to streamline online donations to relief organizations. He holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering Sciences from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
